Who's behind this :

Growth Cats was founded by Nabeel Bera. I spent 15 years of my life as a professional magician performing across the UK and Europe, and 20 years in B2B lead generation and paid search — including at e-Prospects, where I built appointment-setting programmes for technology companies. Magic taught me to read audiences. Lead gen taught me to read data. Growth Cats is the combination of both and it grow out of my love for Technology.

Why I built it :

Training firms — especially the boutique AI, sales, and leadership firms I work with — have brilliant offerings. Heads of L&D and Chief People Officers need exactly what they sell. The problem has never been the product. It's timing. Training firms waste most of their outbound effort reaching buyers who aren't ready. By the time those buyers are ready, a bigger competitor has already got there first. Growth Cats fixes that.

What we do :

We monitor public buying signals across UK & Ireland — new L&D hires, AI rollouts, funding rounds, leadership changes — and trigger personalised outreach the moment a signal fires.
